Places to learn, grow and enjoy fellowship
We encourage interaction throughout the week, not just on Sundays. Whether it’s a bible study, a youth club or a place to get to know people like you, we’ve got a good selection.

Family meet-ups throughout the week
The groups we run for families are loved by members of our local community as well as our church. If you look after young kids, we'd love you to come and join us.

We love families! In fact, our work with families with small children makes up a really huge part of how we serve our local community.

We run a number of sessions each week - each session is unique so you can choose one to suit your family or come along to all of them!
You do need to book for our sessions - you can find details for this at the bottom of the page. Here’s what we do:

Buzzy Bees - Messy Mondays!

Monday 9.30am - 11am.

A messy play, craft based session where you can do all the things you don't want to do in your own house because of the mess! Lots of sensory type activities with singing followed by free play inside and out (bring wet weather gear if it’s a bit damp out!). All ages welcome, but most suited to children aged 6 months +

Buzzy Bees - Stay and Play!

Wednesday 9.30am - 11am.

A chilled free play session with lots of toys to explore indoors and rides ons outside. Beginning and ending with some all-together songs and fun. Most suited to children aged 1 - 4.

Baby Bees!

Friday 1.30pm - 2.45pm.

A special baby fun session with lots of sensory activities and a chance to connect with other parents. Open to families with babies aged 0 to 15 months. Older siblings are welcome too, but the focus of the session will be on the babies.

Booking and more info!

The link to book any of these activities is:
For each session, please book the number of tables/stations you require. In most cases this will mean booking "1" - regardless of the number of people in your group. You're welcome to share with another family - just decide between you who'll do the booking and just book one table.

For busy times we have a waiting list system - email if you find a session is full and we will attempt to find a space for you. If there are no spaces available you will automatically be booked into the session the following week. This means even if we're busy no one should have to miss more than one week in a row.
Be sure to follow Mutley Children and Families ( on social media to check the details of what's happening as sometimes things change at short notice.

We also have groups and clubs for older children - check out the Children (for primary school aged children) or Youth (for secondary school ages) sections of our website.

If you’d like to volunteer to help out at any of our groups or activities we’d love to hear from you too! Contact Beth through the Mutley Children and Families Facebook group, or call the church on 01752 203346 and leave a message with the office team.

Got a question or want to find out more? Why not look us up on Facebook – just search for Mutley Children and Families and you’ll find our active group for information and support. Or contact the church using the details below.
